Kirtland Expands to Offer Courses in Standish, Tawas

Lady Firebirds Win Season Opener

The Lady Firebirds opened the 2012-13 basketball season at Rochester College by edging the Lady Warrior’s JV team by a score of 57-55.  The ‘Birds were led by Sladana (Sly) Radulovic’s (Serbia) with 25 points and Tasha Crouse’s (Central Lake) contributing 14 points. Kirtland’s Neumann First X-Country Woman to Qualify for National Meet

Neumann Advances to Nationals

Dana Neumann (Ellsworth) became the first Kirtland woman to qualify for the NJCAA National Cross-country Championships at Rend Lake College in Ina, IL on November 10.  Neumann finished 17th out of a field of 71 runners and the top 19 places qualify for the national finals.  Neumann’s time over the 5K course was 20:34.8.
