Kirtland Community College is inviting the public to participate in one of three events set to celebrate the opening of its new Health Sciences Center in Grayling.
There will be free public tours on Saturday, October 1, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. A ribbon cutting ceremony is set for Friday, September 30, from 10 to 11 a.m. Refreshments and giveaways will be provided for attendees.
“We hope to see new and familiar faces,” Kirtland president, Tom Quinn said. “We are excited to showcase what the future holds for students, employers and the region.
“It is especially important to us to have this opportunity to thank the tremendous number of community, business, chamber and governmental leaders. Without your support, this monumental accomplishment would not have been possible.”
The President’s Gala and Foundation Fundraiser will be Saturday, October 1, at 6 p.m.
“I sincerely thank our past, present and future donors,” Jennifer Page, director of the Kirtland Foundation, said. “It is through their generosity that the Kirtland Community College Foundation is able to proudly support the Kirtland community.”
The new Health Sciences Center is located at 4800 W 4-Mile Road (Exit 251 on I-75 south of Grayling).
