Current Student Employment Openings
The Warbler's Nest - Looking for childcare providers to assist in conducting daily activities in working with children. Promotes the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional involvement of children. Assists in the preparation of snacks and meals and cleanup after. Variable schedule depending on student availability & child attendance. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:15am - 6:30pm.
Service Learning - The Service Learning office is looking for a work study. The candidate will need to have clerical skills, including typing grants, proofreading, making flyers, printing, copying, web research, posting announcements. The student will be involved with community partners and assist with the AmeriCorps Vistas. Other responsibilities include creating newsletters, blogging, webpage maintenance and overall administrative assistant.
Tutoring Office – Tutors – A or B+ in the classes students wish to tutor, a faculty recommendation for each course they want to tutor, minimum overall GPA of 3.0, excellent communication skills, dependable, and a desire to help students learn.
