KIRTLAND FOUNDATION

What We Do

"We want to expand upon this good work in the new year of 2008. We want to help ensure a better education for our students; provide more teaching tools for our instructors; and render more scholarship money to provide an education for those who may not otherwise receive one. We can do it with your help!"

OUR ANNUAL GIVING PROJECTS INCLUDE:

Unrestricted gifts that provide the flexibility to support those programs having the greatest need. Unrestricted gifts are a high priority and have a favorable impact on Kirtland's financial situation.

Scholarships - demands are always increasing for scholarship assistance.

Department Equipment - rapid changes in technology result in numerous department requests for funds to update laboratory and technical equipment.

Cultural Enrichment - as an institution of higher learning, Kirtland tries to provide worthwhile cultural opportunities for students, staff and for citizens living in the surrounding area. Enrichment programs in music, theater, youth theater and the arts are encouraged by gifts to the Foundation designed for these very meaningful activities.

BESIDES OUR ANNUAL GIVING PROJECTS, YOUR RECENT CONTRIBUTIONS HAVE HELPED US:

Assist the college in the establishment of the Associate's Degree Nursing (RN) program and the Library Technology program. Your support provides for the purchase of equipment necessary for the success of these programs.

Your support also maintains the George Frye Memorial Tennis Courts, softball fields, a fenced athletic field, and a 1 1/4 mile fitness/nature trail that provides for a total exercise program.
