Welcome to the web site of the Kirtland Community College Honors
Program!
We intend these pages to serve not only as a source of up-to-date
information about our program, but also as a clearinghouse for
honors-related information and World Wide Web links. We hope you will
browse our pages to learn more about us.
From the time of its founding in the 1995 academic year, the Kirtland
Honors Program has been devoted to providing a more enriching academic
experience for our students. As a student or a faculty member, if you
are interested in taking the content of a course to a high level of
understanding, the Honors program is the place for you. Being a small
college and unable to provide independent "honors sections" for our
college courses, Kirtland follows the model that offers "honors option"
courses.
