Administrative appointments of the college shall be selected by the President and recommended to the board of trustees for employment. Other positions shall be selected by the administrator in charge and the personnel officer, and recommended to the President for employment. All vacancies shall be posted and will comply with Kirtland’s affirmative action plan.
