Each position has a salary range based upon the classification of the position. Classification levels are determined by the duty and skill requirements inherent in the particular position. Assignment of classification levels is determined solely by the requirements of the job, and not by the particular talents of the individual holding the position.
Advancement within the classification salary range is normally effective each July 1 for full time persons permanently employed by the college prior to April 1st.
