Take advantage of Kirtland’s academic counselors. They will help you choose a field that fits your personality and guide you through the process of achieving your degree — or a certificate if that’s all you need to succeed.
Work closely with KCC’s counselors to be sure you have what you need to transfer both in and out of Kirtland.
Kirtland’s smaller class size may be perfect for your comfort level and give you a more friendly relationship with your instructors. You also might join the ranks of students who start at a community college and then transfer to a four-year university — statistically they do better academically than those who start at a four-year school.
Kirtland’s in-district rates are some of the lowest in the state. You can get the rate and save two-thirds of the cost of a college education by proving you’ve lived in the district prior to the first day of the semester you attend.
