Kirtland Community College is accepting applications for a part-time instructor to teach in the Automation and Process Control program. Content covered in this program includes quality management systems, electrical fundamentals, asset management, instrumentation, predictive and preventative maintenance, human-machine interfaces, and lean manufacturing. Emphasizes a hands-on approach to system analysis, critical thinking, and solution to open-ended problems, computer usage, and teamwork.
PRIMARY LOCATION – Kirtland Grayling, 4800 W 4 Mile Road, Grayling, MI 49738
SUPERVISION – Works under the general supervision of the Dean of Occupational Programs.
- Associates degree in a related field
- Professional experience related to course content
- Teaching experience preferred
COMPENSATION – This position is paid at $39.53 per contact hour for instructors with an Associate’s degree or less and is contracted through EDUStaff. Rate of pay is determined by the applicant’s degree. Click here for the complete EDUStaff part-time pay schedule.
