Kirtland’s surgical technology program can be completed in two years. You’ll invest time and dedication into the program, but you’ll pay less than $13,000 in tuition and fees. Most students are eligible for financial aid that covers most or all of their Kirtland costs.

Only 18 students are accepted into Kirtland’s program each year, making it one of the most exclusive for the College. With a 100% pass rate on the National Certification Exam for the last two years, one of the highest-regarded faculty members in the Country, and a 90% job placement rate, the program is also one of the College’s most high-profile.

Still, the program has no waitlist because we are committed to offering accessible, affordable education and meeting the urgent need for surgical technologists.

High-Tech Learning

• Our Grayling facility boasts some of the most cutting-edge training technology for this field, including virtual reality and laparoscopic case simulations.
• Our lab looks just like the real operating room, so that students practice in the same environment and with the same expectations as their clinical placements.
• We are an iPad program!  All students use iPads for electronic textbooks and iPad apps that can help them to learn surgical instruments and surgical procedures.
