Student Emergency Fund
The Kirtland Foundation Student Emergency Fund is supported by individual donors who care about our students. Their gifts are provided to help students who are faced with an unexpected financial emergency that threatens their ability to continue their studies.
The Kirtland Foundation sees this as an investment in our students’ future and hopes this support will lift their burden in order to keep them focused on their studies. One day, as graduates are able, perhaps they will provide support back to this fund to help another student in need.
Students seeking assistance should contact the Counselor’s Office by calling 989-275-5000, Ext. 440, or by visiting the Student Services Suite on the Grayling campus. During the appointment, the student will discuss their circumstances with a counselor, who will determine whether a Student Emergency Fund application should be completed for consideration. Please note that Student Emergency Funds are limited to one award per calendar year.
If you wish to support the Kirtland Foundation Student Emergency Fund, please contact the foundation at [email protected] or call 989-275-5000, ext. 446.
