House of Worship Safety & Security Team Use-Of-Force Training
Professionals with over 50 years of combined Law Enforcement training are offering a 12 hour course focused on a wide range of topics for security teams within places of worship.
The course will include classroom lecture, interactive scenario simulation training, and specified training on the firearms range.
Participants can expect to receive detailed instruction on:
- The use of force
- Liability
- Policy
- Specified skills
- Procedure
Date: June 14 & 15
Day 1: 5-9 p.m.—Classroom
Day 2: 9 a.m.—5 p.m.—Range
Where: Kirtland Community College Grayling
Cost: $135 per person

Equipment Needed:
- Laptop
- 4GB Flash Drive
- Handgun (.380 or larger)
- Duty rated holster (Kydex preferred) No Gen 1 Serpa Holsters
- 2-3 Magazines Recommended
- Eye and Hearing Protection
- 350 – 400 Practice Ammo Rounds
- Hydration, Bug Spray, Sunscreen
- Sack lunch
- Range appropriate attire: closed toe shoes, pants, sleeved shirt
