Ridges, Lakes, Swamps, Farm Fields: It’s all about the glaciers!

Several years ago, Dr. Randy Schaetzl of MSU, did a number of local presentations highlighting his team’s research on Glacial Lake Roscommon, which was a large, previously undocumented, lake that spread across much of Roscommon and Missaukee County during the last Ice Age. In October, Dr. Schaetzl returns to the Roscommon area to present the team’s latest research findings.
