Flu Shot Clinic

The Wellness Committee at Kirtland Community College is excited to partner with FAMILY FARE to offer an Flu Shot Clinic. This event is open to the public. Walk-in only. No appointments available.

Time: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Location: Community Room B

WHAT TO BRING: 

• Your Insurance Card (Cost of Flu Vaccinations covered by most insurances)
• Your State ID 
• Completed Consent Form

Kirtland will assist with the cost of vaccinations for any current staff member that is uninsured.

If you do not have insurance and are interested in receiving assistance from Kirtland, please contact the Human Resources Department to have your name placed on the approved list on or before September 22nd. Any uninsured staff member not on the list before the clinic will be billed individually.
