Kirtland Community College approves sale of West Branch campus location
Kirtland Community College has approved the sale of its former campus location in West Branch to Iosco Regional Educational Service Agency (IRESA), an agency offering specialized education programs. IRESA plans to use the building for the Alternative Educational Academy, serving at-risk youth in Ogemaw County and surrounding counties.

Kirtland Foundation announces Scholarship Fund to support student scholarships
The Kirtland Foundation, an independent nonprofit that raises money for grants and scholarships for Kirtland Community College students, faculty and staff, today announced the new Kirtland Foundation Scholarship Fund Campaign. Kirtland contributes to Going Pro through customized courses for trade companies
As Michigan’s Going Pro initiative aims to increase the number of people choosing professional trade careers, Kirtland Community College is not only offering trade degree programs for students, but is also supporting Going Pro goals from the other side: by providing customized training courses for local industry companies to further develop employees’ skills.
