English Transfer Pathway
The English pathway prepares students to gain knowledge, skills, and experience that can lead to careers in public relations, teaching, journalism, fundraising, and the entertainment field or lead to further studies at a four-year college or university in composition, literature, creative writing, critical theory, and literary history.

If you plan to transfer, it is imperative that you work closely with an academic advisor at both the senior institution that you wish to transfer to AND at your advisor at Kirtland to plan a successful program.
Step 3
Complete your program courses.
STEP 4
Graduate with your associate degree from Kirtland. Congratulations!
FINAL STEP
Transfer to the four year college or university of your choice and continue your education.
