Kirtland’s Admissions staff will help you through the application process. You can apply to Kirtland: online, in person or by mail.
Your path will be unique depending on whether you are:
- a new Kirtland student
- returning to Kirtland or
- transferring to Kirtland

- New Student
Students who have never attended college before - Former KCC Students
Students who have taken classes at KCC in the past. If you were part of the COOR program in high school, you are considered a new student - Transfer Students
Students who have attended another college in the past, even if you don’t want to use the credit at KCC. -
High School Dual Enrolled Students
Any K-12 student who wants to attend KCC - Guest Students
Students who are taking a class at KCC to transfer back to their home college - Non-Degree seeking Students
Students who want to take a class at KCC, but do not want to earn a certificate or associate’s degree. - International Students
