Winter 2025 Important Dates
Last day to drop classes with a refund:
16 weeks: January 24
1st 7 weeks: January 17
2nd 7 weeks: March 12
Last day for student-initiated withdrawal:
16 weeks: April 4
1st 7 weeks: February 24
2nd 7 weeks: April 28
Payment for the Summer 2025 semester is due on May 5, 2025.
Payment fort the Fall 2025 semester is due on August 4, 2025.
Registration for Summer and Fall 2025 will begin on the following dates:
- Monday, March 31 for students with 30 or more earned credits.
- Tuesday, April 1 for students with 12-29 earned credits.
- Wednesday, April 2 for students with 0-11 earned credits.
We want our students to have their financial aid packages in place well before the due dates, so if you have not completed the FAFSA for the 2025-2026 academic year, do so ASAP! The link: https://studentaid.gov/
Students receiving financial aid will be notified via KMail to log into Net Partner (single sign on menu under Sign In -> KMail) to complete required forms and to “accept” their awards. Failure to do so will result in an unpaid tuition bill.

Registering, transferring or retrieving records is fast at Kirtland.
Registration and request forms are available online and most records are digital.
Staff members are experienced, friendly and helpful. Whenever you’re ready, they are prepared to:

- quickly retrieve records
- help you evaluate your credits
- obtain official transcripts

- want transcripts sent to or from Kirtland

Reverse Transfer
Did you transfer to a four-year university before you earned your associate degree?
