Apply for the Gene Haas CNC Machinist Scholarship
Applications for fall semester are being accepted until August 16, 2021
Could you use $1,000 to put toward your CNC Machinist Certificate of Completion program? Current and incoming students in Kirtland’s CNC Machinist Program can apply today for the Gene Haas Scholarship, with funds available for fall semester 2021.
Up to five awards in the amount of $1,000 are available, and can be used for tuition, books, small personal tools required for the program, and the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) student account or credentials.
The Gene Haas Scholarship is open and available to all students that meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled in the CNC Machinist Certificate program or declare the CNC Machinist Program upon admission to the college
- Students must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA in all classes in the program to be eligible for scholarship renewal
