How to place your order:

• Have your class schedule with course numbers available
• Go to https://bookstore.kirtland.edu.
• On the top left, Log In To Your Account
• Create a New Customer account (if needed)
• Select Menu > Order Your Materials
• Site – select the course department
• Your Course ID – highlight the class
• Select “View Your Materials”
• Select item and click “Add Selected to Cart” button
• To add another book, on the bottom left, select “Add or Change Courses”
• To checkout, click on the Cart at the top right

Additional tips for ordering:

• As books and access codes become available to purchase, your courses appear in the drop-down menu. If you don’t see your course listed, please check back at a later date.

• Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and financial aid are acceptable forms of payment
• Payment with a check or money order is possible by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-325-3252.

• Students can view their remaining financial aid balance at https://my.kirtland.edu/ics
• Login>Student Tab> My Account Detail>Submit
  • (Available funds to use for books are preceded by a minus sign)
• To pay with financial aid funds, you will be prompted to enter your student ID# during the checkout process. If financial aid funds are not enough to pay the Cart Total, another form of payment is required.
