Vanessa Noffsinger started her career in Human Resources in 2016 with a passion for driving people-focused strategies. In 2022, Vanessa joined Kirtland Community College as the Director of Human Resources. A proud alum of Saginaw Valley State University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Vanessa brings both academic excellence and practical understanding to every role she takes on.

Vanessa, known for her approachable style and sharp problem-solving skills, thrives in environments where collaboration and culture-building are key. Outside the office, Vanessa can be found chasing sunshine, curating the perfect online shopping cart, and indulging in a serious sweet-and-sour candy obsession.
