Meet Tracy Mathes, Tera Price Memorial Scholarship Recipient
Hello, my name is Tracy Mathes, and I am honored to have been chosen as a recipient of the Tera Price Memorial Scholarship. Thanks to this scholarship through the Kirtland Foundation, I can continue my education at Kirtland Community College.
Kirtland Foundation Announces Winter 2021 Semester Scholarship Recipients

Meet A Recipient Of The Veterans Helping Veterans Scholarship
My name is Jason Robinson, and that’s my dog, Annie. I am currently a student at Kirtland Community College with a course of study in Automotive Technology. In addition to my certification, I intend to earn an associate degree while completing the auto tech program. I am also a recipient of the Veterans Helping Veterans Scholarship through the Kirtland Foundation.
New Scholarship For Wood Science Technology Students
Pursuing a career in Wood Science Technology just got a lot easier thanks to a new endowed scholarship fund for the Kirtland Community College Michigan Forest Products Institute.
Our donors, Ed, Elaine and Darby Harris were inspired to award $20,000 to the Kirtland community Foundation because of their love of the great northern Michigan outdoors and a passion for renewable resources. The scholarship honors Ed’s parents while giving more students an opportunity to further their education.
Kirtland Foundation Announces Fall 2020 Scholarship Recipients
The Kirtland Foundation is proud to announce 55 scholarship recipients for the fall 2020 semester, totaling $29,800 in disbursed awards. With the launch of the Foundation’s Scholarship Fund campaign last year, more than $140,000 has been raised for the creation of new student scholarships.
