Accepted Dual Enrolled Checklist
Create your student account with your Kirtland email
Your acceptance letter will arrive by postal mail! The letter contains important information including your student ID number, your Kirtland email address and registration details. Please begin checking your KMail (Kirtland email account) often!
Dual Enrollment/Concurrent Enrollment Form
Meet with your high school counselor to get your dual/concurrent enrollment form filled out. The form MUST be signed by you, your parent/legal guardian (if you’re under the age of 18), and your high school counselor or principal. This form must be turned in to your high school counselor. This form must be signed by your high school counselor or principal even if the high school is not paying for the course.
Register for classes
Please visit our academic calendar and registration dates page for registration dates. Once your dual/concurrent enrollment form is completed to its entirety (step #4) and submitted, your pre-college coordinator will register you for classes.
Introduction to Canvas
After you have been registered in a class, you’ll need to complete the required Introduction to Canvas course. An invitation to take this mandatory online course will be sent to your KMail account once you are registered for your first class(es). You will be given a deadline to complete the course and it will take about 3 hours.
