PRO 6.050A Withdrawal from Classes
A student withdrawing from a course must complete a drop form and submit the completed from to the registrar’s office for processing. A student withdrawing from a course must also gain approval from an instructional administrator if the withdrawal is being made after the twelfth week of the semester or after the eighth week of the summer semester. Requests for exceptions to this policy must be submitted in writing to the dean of student services and must include supporting documentation.
