PRO 4.025 Curriculum Revision
Major Curriculum Revision- all major curriculum revisions must follow these steps:
- Consult with the appropriate dean/director regarding the proposal.
- Gather relevant data to support the proposal.
- Complete and submit a “new program” or “suspend program” proposal thru Curriculog (electronic curriculum management system)
- Proposal must go through the following approval process (documented in Curriculog):
- Dean/director
- CIC
- P. Instructional Services
- Board of Trustees
Minor Curriculum Revision- all minor curriculum revisions must follow these steps:
- Consult with the appropriate dean/director regarding the proposal.
- Gather relevant data to support the proposal.
- Complete and submit a proposal thru Curriculog (electronic curriculum management system) for one of the following revisions:
- New course
- Course revision
- Suspend course
- Program revision
- Proposal must go through the following approval process (documented in Curriculog):
- Dean/Director
- CIC
- P. Instructional Services
