POL 6.095 Student Rules and Regulations

The college administration shall establish rules and regulations for conduct, availability of services, and other procedures affecting students which shall be published in the catalog or appropriate bulletins.

These may include, but are not restricted to:

Personal counseling; student government; student housing; student activities; identification cards; placement services; use of college library; traffic regulations; drives and solicitations of funds; student conduct; use of college facilities; absence from final examinations; maximum course load; transfer of credits; length of class time; smoking; alcoholic beverages/drugs; academic dishonesty/plagiarism.

The college shall provide a due process system for students to guarantee their rights as set forth by the Constitution of the United States.
