POL 2.085 Maintenance – Custodial – Grounds

Commensurate with availability of resources, the college buildings and grounds shall be maintained in an attractive and serviceable condition, meeting local, state, and federal codes and regulations for public use and safety. Administration will periodically prepare a Master Facility Plan that identifies major construction and renovation projects required to maintain college properties and provide this report to the Board of Trustees.

In the event of an emergency in which buildings, grounds, equipment and/or people are endangered, the college administration shall take necessary steps to ensure the safety of people and preservation of campus facilities.
