POL 2.110 Student Financial Obligations and Delinquent Accounts

Students are responsible for payment, or to make arrangements for payment to Kirtland  Community College by the published due dates. A student may not be permitted to register  for a subsequent semester until all financial obligations are met including fines, fees, and  miscellaneous charges. All accounts not collected within time frames agreed by both parties  or a time span as generally accepted in the business sector shall be deemed delinquent. All  reasonable efforts will be exerted by the Student Financial Services Office to collect  delinquent accounts.
