POL 4.105 Faculty Qualifications

Kirtland Community College is committed to effective teaching and learning to prepare students for success in their respective program of study. To accomplish this commitment, the college will hire qualified faculty who have expertise in their discipline and can effectively communicate subject matter to students. The qualifications for faculty will meet the standards of the Higher Learning Commission and other college accrediting agencies. Administration will follow a credentialing review procedure in order to document that faculty have appropriate credentials.
