POL 5.035 Classified Salaries

All classified and administrative positions, with the exception of the President’s position, has a salary range based upon the classification of the position. Classification levels are determined by the duty and skill requirements inherent in a particular position. Assignment of classification levels is determined solely by the requirements of the job, and not by the particular talents of the individual holding the position.
