POL 5.212 Insurance Option
Employees electing to drop the college’s hospitalization, surgical, medical insurance (provided they have another plan and show proof to Kirtland’s Human Resource office) will receive a monthly cash payment. Any individual covered under the college’s medical insurance plan, directly or indirectly, by any relationship, such as a spouse or
dependent, will not be eligible for any cash in lieu of medical insurance payment. Payment amount will be reviewed and may be adjusted on an annual basis.
