PRO 5.090 Solicitation and Acceptance of Funds and Gifts

Requests for the solicitation of funds shall be made in writing to the college President at least two working days prior to any solicitation. The request will indicate names of individuals participating, purpose, affiliation (if appropriate) anticipated receipts, and how monies will be protected and distributed. The term “donation” shall be used when selling tickets.
