• Planning: Interest-free monthly payment plans.
• Refunds: Setting up direct deposit for excess financial aid.
• Account Maintenance: Removing holds and providing 1098-T tax statements.

Paying Tuition and Student Account Detail

Semester bills are available to students at the time of registration in the student’s portal at myKirtland.

• View Your Bill: Log in to myKirtland to see real-time charges and financial aid credits.
• Accepted Online Payments: Credit/Debit cards or electronic transfers (ACH) from checking/savings.
• Stay Informed: Monitor your Kmail account daily for important updates on deadlines and aid.

Student Responsibility: You are responsible for officially dropping any classes you do not plan to attend to avoid being charged.

Bookstore

Don’t wait for a refund to get your materials! If your financial aid exceeds your tuition and fees, you can use the excess “credit” to buy books and supplies immediately.

• Online: Credits are typically available starting July 20 at our Online Bookstore.

• In-Person: Visit the Campus Store at the Grayling Campus located at 4800 W 4 Mile Rd, Grayling.

• Direct Deposit: This is the fastest way to receive your refund.
