How We Can Help
We assist students with:
- Tuition and fee bill
- On campus housing bill
- Making payments online or in-person
- Creating monthly payment plans
- Setting up direct deposit for student refunds
- Managing third-party sponsorship and employer billing
- Repayment options for financial aid reductions or past due balances
- Removing account holds
- Answering questions about the 1098-T tax statement
Paying Tuition and Student Account Detail
Semester bills are available to students at the time of registration in the student’s portal at myKirtland. Students should monitor their Kirtland email account (Kmail) for updates regarding financial aid and due dates.
In the portal, students can see financial aid credits applied to charges and pay any remaining balance that is due.
Online, acceptable payments are:
- Credit/debit cards
- Electronic payments from a checking or savings account
NOTE: Students are responsible for dropping classes they do not plan to attend.
Bookstore
Students receiving grants, scholarships, loans or other awards may use excess financial aid (aid in excess of tuition and fees) to purchase books and supplies without having to wait for a refund.
Bookstore credits are available July 21 at our online Bookstore at https://bookstore.kirtland.edu. Â
Supplies can also be purchased at Kirtland’s Campus Store at the Grayling Campus located at 4800 W 4 Mile Rd, Grayling.
Refunds
Refunds are generally issued via direct deposit. To prevent delays, verify your banking information is up to date in myKirtland.
